How to measure
It’s the act of analysis, measuring and making changes that is the key to closing our pay gaps and there are a variety of ways to achieve this.
There isn’t currently an agreed methodology that everyone uses in Aotearoa New Zealand. Businesses take different approaches to who’s included and what pay is included.
